MS. Barocci 197*, a palimpsest formerly bound as the flyleaves of MS. Barocci 197, is the first of the Bodleian's Polonsky manuscripts to have been redigitized and made available on Digital.Bodleian after the massive hardware failure experienced by the Bodleian at the end of April.

This manuscript was chosen as a pilot to test our rebuilt digitization process. A few more high-priority items will become available on Digital.Bodleian in the next few days, and the bulk migration of Polonsky items to Digital.Bodleian will begin later this month. This process is likely to take some weeks to complete, but we may be able to place specific books or manuscripts at the front of the migration queue where there is an urgent research need.
